We reserve the right to choose between USPS and UPS shipping methods. We promise to use the fastest most effective method when shipping to your area, regardless of your checkout choice. *In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous items, all pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 12 business days unless items are in stock. We guarantee the quality of our products as they are handmade just for YOU! If your item is custom made from your own design, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to process and ship after your design approval.

*All other in-stock items ship within 2 business days and we make every attempt to deliver your package via priority mail within 1 business days after it ships from our warehouse.

*Order Processing Time in our Warehouse:
We guarantee to process all IN STOCK items within within 48 hours from your order date.
During new product launches, introductions and holiday season, we guarantee to process your order within 72 hours of your order date. Orders placed after 12 P.M. CST, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding bank holidays). All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

If you are placing an order between January 25th and February 10th for shoes that are not in stock, please be aware that your order will ship after February 10th.

Our Return Promise:


*Enjoy exchanges within 7 business days of receipt. If item is discontinued you may purchase another item of equal or greater value. If items value is greater than the original item, difference must be paid before the item is shipped.

*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for ALL returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
*Please allow 7 business days for the shipment to arrive once you send it back or 14 business days unless item is custom or out of stock.
*If your item is on back order and hasn't yet shipped, you can cancel it within 24 hours for a credit voucher to be used towards another item of equal or greater value. If items value is greater than original item, difference must be paid before item is shipped. Credit voucher must be used within 6 months or within the same calendar year of original purchase, whichever comes first.

*Gift vouchers are Non-Refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift vouchers must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date or voucher will expire.

*Items must be returned in their original, UNWORN/UNUSED condition. Items must have all tags and seals still attached and must be received in their original packaging material.

*Custom orders are Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable! No Exceptions!

*Lip Frost is non-refundable! Lip Frost may be exchanged if manufactures defect. Gloss can be exchanged within 7 days for the same exact color unless the item is discontinued, at which time a credit will be given or another color choice will be offered.



Tiffany Chimere provides a monthly membership program that grants you access to style experts and the latest shoes and accessories. To get started, choose a club and take our style profile. Next, you must register and create a member account (the "Account"). There is no registration fee or cancellation fee. Our stylist will determine which products best match your personality and style. If you choose to create an Account, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Tiffany Chimere registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Quality Guarantee

*If you purchased an item through our website it may be returned ONLY for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original Customer Purchase Receipt/proof of purchase 7 business days after receipt.
*Lost items are not covered under our replacement policies.

*Wear and tear is common when it comes to our custom shoes, so we've added some additional stones/pearls for your easy at home repair. Make sure to use E600 glue, which can be purchased at any craft store. Please do not use gorilla glue, fabric glue or super glue.

*Any shoes with mirrors on them are made from real glass mirrors. This means that over time the glass mirrors will crack and may break as your wear and break in the shoes. Please handle these shoes with caution.

*In order to keep your shoes for a very long time, DO NOT leave your shoes in direct sunlight, in a hot car or any kind of extreme heat.

*In order to keep your shoes for a very long time, DO keep your shoes stored in the dust bag provided in a room temperature area.

*All shoes are handmade just for you!
